When is the payment due?

What is the deposit and how is it applied to my move?

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

How fast can the movers drive?

Movers drive at safe, legal speeds, adhering to all traffic regulations to ensure the safety of your belongings.

Can I help the movers?

While you can assist the movers, we recommend letting our professional team handle the heavy lifting to avoid any risk of injury. Your help can speed up the process, but please coordinate with the crew leader.

Can I ride in the truck with the movers?

For insurance and safety reasons, customers are not permitted to ride in the moving truck with the movers.

Yes, our crews can disconnect and reconnect furniture and appliances as part of the moving service. Please inform us in advance of any specific requirements.

How long will my move take?

Should I schedule packing and moving services all in one day?

It depends on the scope of your move. For smaller moves, packing and moving can be scheduled on the same day. For larger moves, we recommend scheduling packing services the day before the move to ensure everything is prepared and ready.
